| What must I be sure to do before calling Customer Service? |
Check the following:
- Is your PC switched on?
- Have you connected the base to your PC's USB port?
- Have you inserted the handset battery correctly?
- Have you plugged in the telephone cable to the base and into the telephone socket in the wall?
- Have you installed Skype™ on your computer?
- Have you installed Cordless DUALphone Suite?

| What must I do to be able to call over Skype™? |
First you must install Skype™ on your PC. Always install the version on the installation CD-ROM or on this website. Then you must register as a Skype™ user. |
